Oprah and Dr. Oz have filed more than 40 complaints against marketers of the acai berry to stop them from using the famous duo for promotional purposes. They say there is no science that supports the claim the berry promotes weight loss.

Coffee lovers have some good news to cheer. In this published study, drinking up to six cups a day, may cut your risk of dying from heart disease. For women who consumed two to three cups a day, there was a 25 percent lower risk of death from heart disease when compared to non-drinkers.
