A new report from the Food and Drug Administration calls for stronger warnings and better education about the use of acetaminophen, better known as Tylenol. It's easy to overdose on the recommended limit, and even a regular dose has been linked to liver damage and failure.

Aspirin is known to help with muscle aches, headache and possibly even reduce the risk of colon cancer. But this is just the latest in a line of positive studies about aspirin. This NIH survey finds that regular aspirin consumption cut the risk of breast cancer by 16 percent over the seven years studied.
