Federal safety investigators are considering screening commercial bus and truck drivers, as well as merchant ship pilots for sleep apnea - a disorder which involves disruptions in breathing during sleep.

Five hours after they were supposed to be home from kindergarden, some Brooklyn, New York children were onboard a missing bus that was wandering through New York City streets.  Many bus drivers could not be licensed today, a GAO study finds. A Global positional satellite pilot program is about to get underway in NYC that would have averted this problem and the terror it caused in the little children.
