In one of the biggest crib recalls in U.S. history, Stork Craft Manufacturing announced a voluntary recall of more than 2.1 million drop-side cribs.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission is voluntarily recalling four million baby floats and 400,000 Simplicity Baby Cribs that are considered a safety risk to small children.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission, which oversaw more than 400 product recalls last year, is on the road to a major overhaul making it more effective and able to circumvent dangerous products before they make it into the marketplace and have to be recalled.
