Tower of Terror Not Dangerous Lawsuit Concludes

Marvin Cohen, 80, said the Tower of Terror ride did not adequately warn him of the dangers of the Orlando attraction. He blamed a tear in his artery and his subsequent debilitating stroke on the sudden drops. An Orange County jury has rejected his claim.

OSHA is opening a probe into what killed a monorail operator at Walt Disney World in Florida. 21-year-old Austin Wuennenberg’s died Sunday when a monorail crashed into a second one around 2.a.m. It is the first death ever in the history of the monorail.
