SuperTarget stores began removing prepared burritos and wraps from store shelves sold under the Archer Farms label after a possible Listeria contamination was uncovered by USDA and Florida food inspectors. This is the second recall since March for this Queens, New York-based food producer.

Beginning Monday at your favorite New York City eatery you can ask for ketchup, fries and get the calorie count for both. A federal judge Wednesday upheld a city health regulation requiring some chain restaurants post the calorie count of selections on their menu. The state restaurant association had challenged the rule as a violation of the First Amendment by forcing restaurants to carry a message.
