Continental Connection Bombardier Q400  pilot Capt. Marvin Renslow, had not been adequately trained in auto-pilot and de-icing systems say family members of the 49 people who were killed on Flight 3407 last February. Pilot error and procedures will be the focus of a three-day NTSB hearing.

Two medical helicopters on their way to a hospital in Flagstaff, Arizona, collided on Sunday, killing six and seriously injury one. Sixteen people have died this year in seven crashes, involving eight helicopters, according to National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) officials.
