Daniel Hauser and his mother who spent a week on the run to avoid forced chemotherapy to treat his cancer, have returned home to Minnesota. They are required to appear in Brown County court today for a custody hearing.

A Minnesota judge gave the parents of 13-year-old Daniel Hauser until May 19 to select an oncologist to treat his Hodgkin's lymphoma. But mom and son did not appear in court yesterday and the judge has issued an arrest warrant.

The parents of 13-year-old Daniel Hauser cannot choose an alternative treatment for his cancer.  Instead the judge says they have until May 19 to select an oncologist and treat his Hodgkin's lymphoma with chemotherapy and radiation.
