Another medical helicopter crash kills three people Friday night, creating a sense of urgency that new NTSB recommendations be put into place to regulate the $2 billion growing industry.

Two air traffic controllers, on duty at the time of a collision of two aircraft over the Hudson River last weekend, have been suspended. One of them was reportedly talking to his girlfriend at the time of the collision, the other was not in the building. Nine people died.
