The story just keep getting worse from Las Vegas where 40,000 are being urged to be tested for hepatitis and HIV. And a second clinic owned by the same group is reported to have reused fluids that clean colonoscopy equipment. One medical negligence lawsuit has been filed, others are expected to join in a class action.

The  wrongful death trial of the late actor John Ritter begins in Los Angeles Superior Court today. His widow and four children are suing the two doctors involved in his care, a cardiologist and a radiologist who failed to find a tear in his aorta, a genetic condition.  They plan to set up an educational foundation in his name.
