Simplicity is recalling a 4-in-1 and 3-in-1 bassinet after two infants strangled between folding cloth and the bars.  You are encouraged to return the item to the store where you purchased it. Unfortunately, the majority of used and dangerous baby items remain in circulation.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says look out for nursery equipment.  Cribs, high chairs, child walkers were involve in more than 66,000 injuries in 2006, a marked increase from the year before.
